Dear Saffron Green Family & Friends,
Our Summer Fair is fast approaching, and we are keen to hear from any parents who could help with the event.
The Summer Fair is one of our biggest fundraiser of the year and takes a tremendous amount of work to make it successful.
Can you help us with any of the following?
- Labelling the bottles and chocolate for the tombolas (before the day)
- Setting up the stalls on the afternoon (14 July , any time from 1.30pm)
- the running of stalls/game stations on the afternoon
- tidying up after the event
Please talk to the school office if you could offer us some help.
