Dear Parents/Carers, 

Wednesday the 13th September, Roald Dahl Story Day is an annual celebration of Roald Dahl’s marvellous stories from Matilda to Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and the pleasure of reading. Schools across the country take part to celebrate Roald Dahl’s stories and Saffron Green could not stay out of it! 

So, our amazing Kitchen Staff will  be "a little be naughty" and do a special menu !

Wednesday's choice will be :  

RED: Mrs Twitt’s Bird Pie & Mash

GREEN: Wormy Spaghetti (Ve)

Yellow:  Cheese Baguette 

served with : Green Trees Broccoli and Snozcummber (Cucumber)

Dessert
James’ Giant Peach Crumble
or
Bruce Bogtrotter’s Chocolate Cake served with Chocolate Custard
