Dear Parents/Carers

Our afterschool wraparound provision is getting very busy and therefore please can I ask that any requests for this facility are booked in advance and paid for via Arbor to avoid disappointment! We have a limit on the number of children we can accept, therefore spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are calling to book on the day, you may be refused due to numbers!

After October half term, we will no longer be accepting bookings via telephone or email, and you will be referred back to Arbor to place the booking. There will be a cut off point for bookings to be accepted so we can make sure we have sufficient numbers of staff available each night. Please can I ask that you ensure you know how to book via Arbor or make contact with the office if you need any support with this and we would be happy to show you.
