Dear Parents/Carers,

 We are delighted to invite you to the Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and 2) Christmas Play, which will take place tomorrow, Tuesday 5th November 2023 at 2 pm and on Wednesday 6th November 2023 at 4 pm.

 The children have been eagerly preparing for this festive performance, and their excitement is contagious. To ensure smooth proceedings, please take note of the following important information:

 - Gates will be open at 1:45pm and will close promptly at 2pm, to avoid distractions while the children’s presentation.  On Wednesday gates will be open at 3:45 and close promptly at 4pm.

- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum capacity 70 seats, no stands will be permitted.

- Photography and video are allowed but kindly refrain from using flash to avoid distractions.

- For the both days, after the play and the children has left the hall, please find your way out on the side of the stage and walk to KS1 playground to collect your child. (Remember they need to change!)

- For the performance on Wednesday, the children will remain at school (no need to collect at 3:15pm) Please provide a healthy snack (no nuts or chocolate/sweets).
