Dear Parents / Carers,

With the success of our School Choir at the Christmas Fair, we are exited to inform that once again Saffron Green Choir was invited to perform a few carols at Morrisons' on Wednesday 13th December 2023 at 2pm, to spread the Happiness of Christmas.

The children will be walking from school to Morrisons Supermarket, and to allow us to workout, space and performance style, please sign-in your child via Arbor as soon as possible, without it your child will not be allowed to perform.

Collection:

Please collect your child from Morrisons at 2:45pm. Parents are welcome to come and watch.

A slip will be sent home for your choice of:

- You collecting your child from Morrisons

- or authorising someone else.

- Traveling by foot accompanied by a member of staff.

This slip needs to be returned to school office no later than, Wednesday Morning 13th December 2023.
