Dear Parents/Carers,

 We hope this letter finds you well. We are excited to announce that our school will be hosting a Valentine's Day Disco for the children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2! It promises to be a fun-filled event that your child won't want to miss.

 £3 per ticket to include a bag of sweets and a drink!

 Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage One

3:15pm-4:00pm

Please bring party clothes into school on Tuesday 13th February as the children will change in their classrooms at the end of the school day. The children will then be lead to the school hall for the disco. Please collect your child promptly from the school office at 4:00pm.

 Key Stage Two

4:15pm-5:00pm

You will need to collect your child at the end of the school day as usual. Children can go home and change into their party clothes. The children will need to arrive back at school via the key stage 2 gate into the school hall with their ticket. The event finishes at 5:00pm so please be prompt to collect from the school office.

Tickets

Tickets will go on sale from Monday 5^th February 2024.

Please bring £3 in Cash in a sealed envelope with your child’s name clearly written. The deadline for payments will be Monday 12^th February 2024 . This is a ticketed event so if you wish your child to attend please ensure you purchase a ticket. Each ticket price will include a bag of sweets and a drink.
