As you all know, we have two more weeks before Year 6 SATs. Each day we are revising and recapping areas of Maths and English to support in preparation. Children will be bringing short homework tasks home after school most days to practice what we have been learning in the lessons. 

Please ask your children to explain their learning and encourage them to practice and embed the concept of the day. Explaining the steps and strategies they have learnt will help to embed their understanding.

If children are still not confident then we are asking them to come into school the next day and they will work in a small group to recap their understanding.
