Dear Parents/Carers,

As you are aware, we are delighted to be holding the Year 6 leavers Prom, taking place on Thursday 18^th July 2024 at our school hall.

The party will run from 6pm to 8pm and will include food, decoration, entertainment, photo opportunities and so much fun.

As previous years the Y6 students are holding their own fundraisers at the summer fair to help raise money for their leavers party.

Therefore we do still require a payment of £10 per child towards the evening, for event and entertainment costs.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase a individual and group photo from the photographer as previous email.
