Dear Parents/Carers,
We are excited about today's events: the 70th Celebration and the Summer Fair. To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, please take note of the following important details:

70th Celebration (1:50 PM - 2:00 PM):
- All school gates will be open from 1:50 PM to 2:00 PM for parents coming to collect their children for the 70th Celebration.
- Please collect your child by 2:00 PM and proceed to KS1.
- Gates will be closed promptly at 2:00 PM. Latecomers must go through the office and wait to be escorted to KS1.

Regular Collection (3:15 PM):
- KS1 gates will reopen at 3:00 PM for regular collection.
- KS2 parents should use the main gate to collect their children from the office area.

Summer Fair (3:30 PM):
- Families staying for the Summer Fair can gather around KS1.
- All school gates will be open at 3:30 PM for the start of the Summer Fair.
These measures are in place to ensure the health and safety of all attendees. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
