Dear Parents/Carers, 

Following our recent email about Sports Week, we are writing to request your consent for your child to participate in one of the activities: Climbing Wall by Outdoor Academy for Reception to Year 6 Classes.

To enable your child to take part in this activity, you will need to provide consent via Arbor, acknowledging that the information held by the school regarding your child is correct and that they will obey the rules and instructions from all members of staff for group and personal safety reasons.

 By providing consent, you agree to your child participating in Outdoor Academy's Climbing Wall activity. Outdoor Academy takes all necessary steps to ensure their activities are safe and are run by qualified instructors. However, please be aware that outdoor activities are potentially hazardous and carry a risk of personal injury. By consenting, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 By consenting you understand that the school will take responsibility to ensure children follow instructions during this activity, and failure to do so will result in your child being unable to participate.

 Additionally, please inform the school of any changes in your child's fitness prior to this activity. In the event of illness or accident, you consent to any necessary medical treatment.

Without consent your child will NOT take part in the activity, and the school office will not contact parents over the phone for last minute consents. To avoid disappointment go to Arbor and consent.
