Hello, this is the first Jotter for Year 4 Autumn Term

I would like to say that it has been a great three weeks getting to know the children in Year 4, and I hope it may continue for a long time.

This week, the children have been creating pavilions in Design Technology. The photos taken at the end of the week show the children constructing structures using marshmallows and cocktail sticks. They used words such as "reinforce," "stable," and "structure" to help explain their learning.

Additionally, it has been the second week of swimming, and the children have had a great time adjusting to a new routine of going swimming during their busy school day.

Also, PE is on Monday as well.
