This week Year 3 have been busy learning lots of new things.

In English we have been practicing our expanded noun phrases and using better adjectives to describe settings and characters.

In Maths we have been practicing counting back and forward in ones, tens and hundreds. 

The children have been really excited to continue our french learning and have learnt how to say hello, good evening, good night and ask what someones name is. The children have enjoyed using this new language in the classroom to answer the register. 

We have been looking at shading in our Art lessons this week and the children enjoyed exploring textures of shading on different surfaces and experimented with different tones.
