Good afternoon!
In PSHE, we have been learning about different feelings, and strategies we can use to support emotional regulation. Attached is a video clip explaining a strategy called 'Finger Breathing'. I would encourage you to practice this with your children at home so that they can confidently implement it if they are feeling upset or frustrated.
