Dear Parents/Carers,

 We are delighted to invite you to the Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and 2) Christmas Performance, which will take place , Wednesday 4th December 2024 at 2 pm and on Thursday 5th December 2024 at 4 pm.

 The children have been eagerly preparing for this festive performance, and their excitement is contagious. To ensure smooth proceedings, please take note of the following important information:

 - Gates will be open at 1:45pm and will close promptly at 2pm, to avoid distractions while the children’s presentation.  On Thursday gates will be open at 3:45 and close promptly at 4pm.

- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum capacity 80 seats, no stands will be permitted.

-   If you arrive late you will be kindly asked to wait at the school office until you are permitted to enter the hall, to minimise any disruption .

- Photography and video are allowed but kindly refrain from using flash to avoid distractions and do not share on social media, unless you have the permission of every child's parent on the picture or video .

- For both days, after the play and the children have left the hall, please find your way out on the side of the stage and walk to KS1 playground to collect your child. (Remember they need to change!)

- For the performance on Thursday, the children will remain at school (no need to collect at 3:15pm) Please provide a healthy snack (no nuts or chocolate/sweets).
