Dear Parents/ Carers,

We are excited to announce our upcoming Valentine's Day Celebration Disco, which will take place on Thursday, 13th February 2025. Please find the details for the events below:

Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage One (Green Wristbands)

Time: 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Details:

* Please send your child to school with their Valentine’s Day-themed outfits on the day. They will change into these in their classrooms at the end of the school day.

* The children will then be led to the school hall for the celebration.

* Prompt collection is required from their classes at 4:15 pm.

* Prior to the event, your child’s class teacher may contact you if additional support is needed to ensure your child can participate safely.

Key Stage Two (Red Wristbands)

Time: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

Details:

* Please collect your child as usual at the end of the school day so they can go home and change into their Valentine’s Day-themed outfits.

* Children should return to school via the Key Stage 2 gate and proceed to the school hall with their wristbands.

* The event will end at 5:15 pm, and we kindly ask that you collect your child promptly from the school hall.

Important :

Wristbands - Will be given in class on the day of the event.
