Dear Parents/Carers,

This is a friendly reminder to book your appointment for our Spring Term Parents' Evening.

Appointment Schedule:

• Nursery: Tuesday, 1st April 2025 (1:00pm – 3:00pm)

• Reception to Year 6: Tuesday, 1st April or Wednesday, 2nd April 2025 (3:30pm – 5:30pm)

This is a valuable opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and discuss their progress, learning behaviours, and attainment. Appointments are 10 minutes long and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Booking Instructions:
Appointments must be booked via our Parents Portal – Arbor:
Main Menu/Dashboard > Guardian Consultations (click Parents Evening) > Meeting (click your child’s name) > Time Slot (select your preferred time) > Book Time Slot

Please repeat this process if you have more than one child.

On the day, kindly report to the main office upon arrival to sign in.
