Year 2 were very excited this afternoon to plant their own seed! The children will be completing a comparative test to identify which conditions a plant needs to grow and will compare the growth of these tests against their own seed. They will be using their testing, observing and measuring science skills to complete this enquiry.
As an extension to their learning, if you are out and about this weekend, try to encourage your child to identify some plants in different areas and how they are growing!
