FOA week ending 16/05/2025

Dear Parents,

I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to our students for all the time they’ve spent on Times Table Rock Stars. Their hard work really helps boost their fluency with times tables, and it shows!

We’ve also been having some fun with our times table challenges at school. The kids are tasked with answering 60 questions in just 5 minutes, and I’m amazed at how some of them can complete it in under 3 minutes! These challenges include division and missing number questions which really help them get quicker at recalling their facts.

I also want to give a huge thank you to all the students for being so respectful during the Year 6 SATs assessments this week. We needed to keep quiet for their testing, and your children's support made a big difference.

We can’t wait to see everyone back next week.
