Dear Parents and Carers,
We are delighted to let you know that our fantastic range of clubs will be starting again on the week commencing 15th September 2025. These are a wonderful opportunity for children to develop their skills, discover new interests, and enjoy time with friends outside the classroom.
Club News
Super Star Sports: Afternoon 3:15–4:15pm and Lunchtime 12:00pm to 12:55pm - Paid
- Ninja Warrior – Monday (Years 1–6)
- Football – Tuesday (Years 1–4)
- Boxing – Wednesday (lunchtime, Years 3–6)
- Archery/Spy Club – Thursday (Years 1–4) – Archery from September to October and Spy Club from November to December
Jaxs Dance Club: Afternoon 3:15–4:15pm - Paid
- Tuesday (Years 2–6)
Girls Only Football Club: Lunchtime 12:00pm to 12:55pm - Free
- Monday (Years 3 to 6)
School Clubs: Afternoon 3:15–4:15pm and Lunchtime 12:00pm to 12:55pm - Free
- Choir – Thursdays. Please note, choir will now finish at the same time as other after-school clubs.
- Art– Thursday – (lunchtime, Years 3–6).
- Language (French) – Tuesday – (lunchtime, Year 3-6)
- School Football (SG Football) – split into two groups for more focused training:
- Tuesday – Years 5 & 6 (Boys only)
- Wednesday – Years 3 & 4 and Girls (Years 4–6)
Participation in all school-run clubs will be dependent on behaviour, attendance, and learning attitude, as determined by the coaches.
How to Register
A new year means new payment and consent forms are required. Please register via Arbor:
- Go to Parents Portal > Dashboard
- Select Activities > Clubs
- Click on the club of your choice
- Register your child and choose membership
- Confirm membership period
- Review membership dates and click Pay Now
Club price: £30.00
For free clubs, please follow the same steps, but no payment will be required – just consent.
**Please note: Due to safeguarding regulations, children cannot take part in any club (including free clubs) without payment and/or consent being completed in advance.
If you are experiencing difficulties with the cost of clubs, please contact the school office in confidence. We are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate.
Key Dates
- Clubs start: week commencing 15th September 2025

- Final day for all clubs: Thursday, 11th December 2025
