Dear Parents/Carers,

At Saffron Green, the safety and wellbeing of our pupils is always our top priority. To help us keep your child safe, it is very important that we hold up-to-date emergency contact details for every pupil.

In the event of illness, accident, or an emergency, we need to be able to contact you—or another trusted adult—without delay. Our School require the minimum of two Emergency contacts.

If any of your contact details have recently changed (such as phone numbers, addresses, or named contacts), please ensure that these are updated as soon as possible.

You can quickly review and update your information through the Arbor app.

How to check/update your details on Arbor:

1. Open the Arbor app on your phone or log in via the Parent Portal on a computer.

2. Go to the “Profile” section for your child.

3. Select “Family / Guardians Emergency Contacts”.

4. Review the names, phone numbers and relationships listed.

5. If anything is incorrect or missing, please update the details directly.

6. Save your changes.
