We hope you all had a lovely half term and that everyone is feeling refreshed and energised for the fabulous weeks ahead!

We are delighted to confirm that our Year 4 pupils will be visiting the Ragged School Museum Trust in Tower Hamlets, London, on Monday, 3rd November 2025. This exciting trip will bring to life our studies on Victorian Britain, as the children explore what life was like for Victorian children — their schooling, their work, and their daily experiences.

Timetable & Logistics

• Departure: 9:15 am from Saffron Green Primary School

• Arrival at Venue: 10:15 am

• Activities: Victorian classroom experience, kitchen activity, and lunch

• Return to School: Departing from the museum at 1:15 pm, arriving back by 2:15 pm

Important Details

• Contribution: £32.00 per child (covers transport, entry, and workshop costs).
  If you have not yet done so, please provide consent and make payment via the ARBOR Parents Portal:

4. Sign up your child and follow the payment steps

Other Information

• Clothing: Children should wear full school uniform.

• Lunch: Please send your child with a packed lunch in a clearly labelled disposable bag.

• Water: Remember to bring a refillable water bottle.
