Dear Parents/Carers,

As we mentioned in our previous news letter, if you wish for your child to bring in birthday treats to share with their classmates, please kindly observe the following guidelines:

• Treats must be individually wrapped and accompanied by clear ingredient labels.
• They should be handed directly to the class teacher and not distributed by the children themselves.
• Treats will be sent home at the end of the school day, enabling parents to determine if and when they are consumed.

This procedure is implemented to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all pupils, particularly those with allergies. Please be assured that there is no obligation to provide treats, as birthdays will always be celebrated in the classroom.
