Dear Parents/Carers,
Due to the Amber Weather Warning and the forecast of extreme heat, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the planned trip.
The safety and wellbeing of our children and staff is our highest priority, and we do not feel it would be safe for the trip to go ahead under these conditions.
We understand this will be disappointing.
A full refund will be processed.
